5. Return and Exchange:

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or does not match the approved design proposal.

6. Modifications:

Modifications to the design proposal can be made within 3 days of the initial consultation. After this period, changes may incur additional fees.

7. Cancellation:

Customization orders can be canceled within 3 days of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply to cover material and labor costs.

8. Intellectual Property:

Any custom designs, patterns, or embroidery created during the customization process remain the intellectual property of Silk and Velvet Luxury Clothing Brand.

9. Confidentiality:

All customer information and design details shared during the customization process will be kept strictly confidential.
